unleash The Stand Players, who'll be keeping it Free & Easy.
Edinburgh's only full time improv troupe, who've totted up over fifty
years of side-splitting experience between them, will be mixing up a
potent lunchtime brew of games, interaction and up to the minute
topical targets. Taking audience suggestions both sweet and unsavoury,
they'll effortlessly mine big belly laughs in the laidback lunchtimes
surrounds of The Stand's Café Bar. And, as good as its name, Free &
Easy Weekend is completely gratis as well.
At The Stand, we feel you deserve a warm welcome to the world's
largest arts festival- so take a seat and have a lunchtime treat on
us. With mouth-watering homecooked food and a reasonably-priced,
well-stocked bar also on offer and a mix of mystery guests and
freewheeling wits ensuring a brand new show each time, you've really
no excuse not to make it your regular festival haunt.
